One-to-One Somatic Breathwork & Integration

A therapy-informed, body-based healing experience

This one-to-one session is a therapist-led somatic healing experience designed to help you work with what’s held in the body, not just talked about in the mind.

 

You don’t need to relive or explain your life story to benefit from this work. Many people come because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or carrying something they can’t quite put into words. This session creates a safe, contained space to gently access and release what the body is holding, while staying within your window of tolerance.

 

Using conscious connected breathwork alongside nervous system regulation and integration, we work at your pace. Nothing is forced. You remain in control throughout, supported moment-by-moment.

 

This is not about pushing for emotional catharsis. It’s about listening to the body, allowing what’s ready to move, and integrating the experience so it lands safely and sustainably.

 

 

 

 

What to expect

 

 

Arrival & grounding

We begin by settling your nervous system and orienting you into the space. There’s time to briefly check in and name anything you’d like support with, without pressure to share more than feels right.

 

Guided conscious connected breathwork

You’ll be guided through a conscious connected breathing practice, tailored to you in the moment. This allows the body to soften, release held tension, and access deeper layers of awareness while remaining supported and regulated.

 

Somatic integration

After the breathwork, we move into a gentle integration phase. This may include rest, grounding, reflection, or light conversation if that feels helpful. Integration is about allowing the experience to settle and make sense in your system, not analysing or over-talking it.

 

Closing & regulation

We finish by grounding and stabilising your nervous system, so you leave feeling steady, resourced, and connected to yourself.

After the breathwork, there is time to integrate in whatever way feels most supportive for you.

This may include resting, gentle reflection, journaling, or talking things through.

 

We decide together what feels right on the day.

 

 

 

Therapist-led approach

 

 

This work is informed by my six years’ experience as a trained counsellor and therapist, with a strong focus on trauma awareness, nervous system safety, and integration.

 

 

 

 

This session may be supportive if you:

 

 

• Feel emotionally stuck or overwhelmed

• Carry stress, tension, or anxiety in your body

• Want to process experiences without talking everything through in detail

• Are curious about breathwork but want a safe, therapeutic container

• Want nervous system regulation alongside emotional release

 

 

This session may not be suitable if you:

 

 

• Are looking for a purely talk-based therapy session

• Want intense catharsis without regulation or integration

• Are currently in acute crisis (please contact appropriate support)
