1:1 Somatic Healing Breathwork Experience (90 mins)
This session is available across London, Watford, Rickmansworth, Gerrards Cross, Hemel Hempstead, Kings Langley, Basingstoke, Alton and surrounding areas. A small travel surcharge may apply for some London locations.
This is a therapy-informed, 1:1 somatic healing experience using Conscious Connected Breathwork, designed to support emotional processing while keeping you within your window of tolerance.
Sessions are fully held, nervous-system-led, and include time for integration afterwards.
This work is suitable for men and women and does not require you to talk through your trauma.
